A lady on Hollybrook Road, Clontarf, came into a small fortune when a small family keepsake valued at 4,000 euros by Adams Auctioneers went under the hammer for a massive 380,000 euros... a profit of some 376,000 euros! The owner of the item from Hollybrook Road,who cannot be named for legal reasons, was described as "delighted" after the sale.
